Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with EMBERLYNE. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Return Window You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Certain items such as personalised products, perishable goods, or items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, EMBERLYNE will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For all other returns (e.g. change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you may choose to receive:

  • A refund to your original payment method (processed within 5–10 business days), or
  • Store credit / gift card for the full value of the returned item.

UK Customers Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at returns@emberlyne.com.

US Customers We comply with applicable US consumer protection laws. If you have any concerns about your purchase, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Canada Customers We comply with applicable Canadian provincial consumer protection legislation. Quebec residents may have additional rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at returns@emberlyne.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide return instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund or store credit will be processed.
