Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Times We ship internationally to the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, and other selected countries. Estimated delivery times are 7–14 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping on all orders over £100
  • Orders under £100 will be charged a shipping fee, calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight

Customs & Import Duties For international orders (outside the UK), customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

UK Customers We comply with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Delivery times stated are estimates only and do not constitute a guarantee.

US Customers We comply with applicable US consumer protection and trade regulations. All prices are displayed in GBP; currency conversion is handled by your payment provider.

Canada Customers We comply with applicable Canadian import and consumer protection regulations. Additional duties or taxes may apply at the border.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
